Every idea, even discarded, is motivational. Ideas done? by Pedro Carnino, Administration en Ligne – AeL, State of Geneva

Pedro Carnino, Associate director of the program “Administration On Line” (Administration en Ligne – AeL) at the State of Geneva, answered to the question in French: “What percentage of ideas are actually carried out in your organization?”.

He says: Not many. About 15% are carried out. The rest is discarded. Though, these ideas are useful to motivate even if they are not carried out. Two reasons, among many others, why ideas are not implemented:  No means and no opportunities.

Interview made at the 9th Forum eCulture “Netizenship” in Lausanne, September 8, 2010.
