Florence Regad, director of marketing of 20minutes, Lausanne, answered to the question in French: “What percentage of ideas are actually carried out in your company?”. She says that it’s different from person to person. It’s a question of personal energy and of the context you are working in. You have to develop new things all the time and you must always look forward. And she feels even more lucky to work in the world of news, because she can create in this medium many new things and projects. She has a lot of energy and she says, as 100% would be too pretentious, she implements 10%.
