Numbers are an illusion. Believe in your idea. Ideas done? by Olivier Anh, IT specialist, Yverdon-les-Bains

Oliver Anh, IT specialist, Yverdon-les-Bains, answered to the question in French: “What percentage of ideas do you actually carry out?”.

He says, none today. He doesn’t know how many during a year. May be one idea will be carried out next week.

As I called the following week and asked him if the idea had been carried out, he said: No. But then he added :

“It’s an illusion to give a number because, even if an idea is not carried out right now, this does not mean that you have to discard it. You just have to believe in your idea.”

(His original statement: “Donner un chiffre est illusoire, car si une idée n’a pas pu se concrétiser à un moment donné, cela ne signifie pas qu’elle doit être abandonnée. Il faut juste y croire.”)

Interview made at Blog°Bar in Yverdon-les-Bains, September 23.
