Cassandre E. Stapfer, managing director, Metrastat, Sierre/Siders, answered to the question in French: “What percentage of ideas are actually carried out in your company?”. She carries out 70-80% of really new ideas. Because we have to differentiate between old ideas, new ideas that replace old ideas, and completely new ideas.
