Are you able to talk about ideas without judging them? Ideas done? by Gerard Grisel, Interface communication, St-Blaise/Neuchâtel

This time no video. He didn’t want to be filmed.

Gerard Grisel, CEO of Interface Communication , St-Blaise/Neuchâtel, answered to the question in French: “What percentage of ideas are actually carried out in your company?”. He said that it is very difficult to talk about ideas because to talk means already to judge. What is much more important is to work on your own motivation and pleasure. There are not many real ideas. Even if you think you have many ideas they are more like tiny sparks, kind of micro-ideas. Anyway, people adhere to your idea if you can feel yourself that idea in your guts.

Interview made at CreaDigital Day in Geneva, 14 January 2010, that was organized by the CREA Ecole de Creation en Communication, Geneva.
