Sebastien Flury, Project Leader at creapole in Delemont, answered to the question in French: “What percentage of your ideas are actually carried out in your company?”.
He says it’s difficult to tell because sometimes only a part of an idea is carried out. In general it’s may be about 50%. But ideas that are important to you, ideas that are close to your heart, you do everything to implement them. So for those ideas it’s 100%, and even 120%, he adds with a smile.
