Jérôme Salamin, coach at the innovation platform platinn, partner of CimArk in Sion Switzerland answered to the question in French: “What percentage of ideas are actually carried out in your company?”. He says the first step is to take the ideas out of the head. This are 25%. And of those, only 25% will be carried out. This means 6.25% of all ideas that were discussed.
