Starting from a Copyblogger article of Jon Morrow, that tells all the “idea pack rats” to spread their ideas, idea detective proposes a supplementary action: idea sourcing. L’Oréal and Dyson organize idea contests and waste the ideas. Both could do much more if they decided to adopt a contemporary view of the resource “people”.
