Michel Benard, Director, Open Innovation of HP Labs, Meyrin/Geneva answered to the question in French: “What percentage of ideas are actually carried out in your company?”.
He says they try to achieve the highest possible percentage. But he can’t give a precise number because it’s very difficult to measure it. They work to maximize the percentage.
