Is time the biggest enemy of feasibility? Ideas done? by Dominique Guinard, ETH Zurich

Dominique Guinard, (here his portrait) research assistant at the institute for Pervasive Computing of ETH Zurich (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) answered to the question in French: “What percentage of ideas are actually carried out in your institution?”. Most of their ideas are technically feasible but he often lacks the time to carry them out. He carries out max. 50%. (
