Jean-Philippe Renevey, Neuchâtel, blogger of several blogs all grouped together in suisse-blog, answered to the question in French: “What percentage of ideas are actually carried out in your company?”. He says he has at least 3 ideas a day (!) and he carries out about one or three ideas a month. This is between 1% and 4%.
